国際輸送貨物の容積重量の算定方法変更のお知らせ
日頃より、弊社クーリエサービスをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。
さて、弊社ではこの度、新しい容積重量の算出方法を適用することにいたしました。
2011年10月1日より以下の新算出方法を適用いたします。
何卒諸事情ご賢察のうえ、ご理解賜りますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。
『旧 容積重量算出方法』
容積重量（lbs）＝ パッケージの縦（inc）× 横（inc）× 高さ（inc）÷ 166
容積重量（kg）＝ パッケージの縦（cm）× 横（cm）× 高さ（cm）÷ 6000
『新 容積重量算出方法』
容積重量（lbs）＝ パッケージの縦（inc）× 横（inc）× 高さ（inc）÷ 139
容積重量（kg）＝ パッケージの縦（cm）× 横（cm）× 高さ（cm）÷ 5000
※ 弊社の旧送り状には従来の容積重量算出値を表記しておりました。その送り状をご利用された場合でも、10月1日以降お預かりするお荷物は新しい容積重量を採用いたします。予めご了承ください。
※ 航空貨物業界では、容積重量と実重量のいずれか大きい方をもとに運送料金を算定します。

Thank you for your patronage. Please be informed that, as of October 1st, 2011, OCS will adopt the new calculation for Dimensional weight.
『Current Formula for calculating OCS dimensional weight』
Dimensional Weight in LBS. (International shipments)
(L x W x H) / 166
L = Length in inches W = Width in inches H = Height in inches
Dimensional Weight in KG (International shipments)
(L x W x H) / 6000
L = Length in centimeters W = Width in centimeters H = Height in centimeters
『New Formula for calculating OCS dimensional weight 』
Dimensional Weight in LBS. (International shipments)
(L x W x H) / 139
L = Length in inches W = Width in inches H = Height in inches
Dimensional Weight in KG (International shipments)
(L x W x H) / 5000
L = Length in centimeters W = Width in centimeters H = Height in centimeters
*You may continue to use your current supply of Courier Way Bills (CWB), which display the current formula. OCS will automatically apply the new formula on October 1 to all applicable shipments.
*For International shipments, compare the package actual weight to the dimensional weight. The greater of the two is the billable weight.
